ABOut level up training

Level Up Training was created with the purpose of elevating young inspired Soccer athletes' skillsets to the next level by challenging them to raise their game to a higher standard by implement different efficient training regimens that cater to their specific needs. Due to demand from clients, we expanded our services to personal fitness training, for people who want to improve their fitness level. With Soccer, we have trained Atlanta United youth players to our athletes getting selected to train with higher soccer organization such as Real Madrid C.F. Foundation youth camp in Madrid, U.S. Soccer Federation Youth ODP (Olympic Development Program) to us coaching at Nike Camps. With over 5 years of serving the soccer community and many great achievements from our athletes to match, you can count on us to make sure your kid will be our next great achievement.

SOCCER Coach Maxterson 

Playing Career: He Played for Atlanta SC, Ginga FC and Cornerstone Top Pro 

 

Coaching Career:  He Coached at Atlanta City FC Academy. He coached the U-8, U-14, U-16, and U-19 boys' teams over there.  He currently coaches at NASA Tophat Academy (Buckhead location). He coached U-11, U-12 and U-13 boys and he Currently Coaches the U-15 Boys at NASA Tophat and head coach of the middle school soccer team at HIES

Certification: U.S. Soccer Federation Licensed Coach

Playing Career: He Played for Clarkston High School Varsity Team, Georgia perimeter college

 

Coaching Career: He Coached the Clarkston High School JV Girls Varsity Team. He Currently coaches for NASA Tophat (Milton Location)

Certification: U.S. Soccer Federation Licensed Coach

Playing Career: He Played for Towers High School. He played for lakeland college from 2015 to 2016 and Brewton-parker college from 2016 to 2017

 

Coaching Career: He coached for UFA Lawrenceville from 2019 to 2024

Certification: U.S. Soccer Federation Licensed Coach

Playing Career: He Played High School soccer at Miller Grove for 3 years, he played semi-pro for Jamaica Seas FC for 2 years

 

Coaching Career: He coached at I-9 sports and sidekick Academy

Certification & Accreditations: U.S. Soccer Federation Licensed Coach, Bachelors in Exercise Science

I am a bilingual (Spanish & English) NASM-certified personal trainer with over two years of experience—and more than three years as a dedicated runner. My passion for movement and performance has led me to specialize in strength and conditioning, glute-focused training, and functional fitness.

Whether working one-on-one or in a group setting, my mission is to help you feel strong, confident, and committed to your fitness journey.

We start off with teaching the fundamentals of Soccer to the athletes. We teach them how to execute proper technique and form through each aspect of the game. We implement different in-game scenarios in training where the player can relate to and improve on

After the teaching phase, we go into a mastering phase with the athlete where we reiterate what they learned before through extra added sessions in order to create a memory storage of the skills learned

The last step of our training method is to challenge the athlete to execute a drill with proper form and technique after going through a lot of challenging conditioning circuits in order to test the athlete performance in a stressful environment. This training method would stimulate the athlete to raise their game in pressured or stressful situations in matches.
